One of your group members decided to go and rent a video from Redbox. Interestingly enough, here's an experience that will make you glad you own a DVDNow Kiosk... Or better yet, rent from a DVDNow kiosk.

This section of our Blog allows you to download some of the movie box art that DVD Kiosks need in order to stay current. These will have the release date on the art so you can show your customer what date the movie comes out. Plus! Please post some questions you may have if you want to get into this business. I'll get you all the information you want from a group of us that hang together in the brotherhood of the video rental business! WE DO NOT LIST USED KIOSKS. WE ARE NOT RESELLERS

This is directed to other kiosk owners in particular.
Are you having any difficulty with setting your price targets to compete with Redbox's $1 rental fee's? Are trying to compete or setting yourself apart with better customer service.
I realize during these tough economic times, clients are going to rent where they can get the cheapest price?
Any discussion on this would be appreciated.
Thanks, Craig
I would suggest you get into the "Private Blog". There is much discussion on this topic.
