Box Art and DVDKiosk Slot Inserts

Here's your chance to get ideas on Box Art and DVDKiosk side pannel inserts. I always get my Box art from VPD or the other links that I have posted on the lower right hand corner. Also, as you've probably noticed, I add all of my slot art to this blog so you can download it and use it for yourself. I always use Photoshop to drop in the release dates.

Do you just scan the box art into your computer when you get them from VPD?

No, we go to VPD's website and go to the "vending information Page" and find the Art for each box. We download it and pull it back up in Photoshop and add the release dates. If you look through this blog, you'll see the Artwork that you can print out yourself on your computer. We use an HP color Laser Jet Printer to print out our slot art. Also, sometimes you can't find the artwork on VPD's site, so I listed the link on the lower part of this blog to : http://www.allmoviereplicas.com/ Type the title into the "advanced search box" and you'll get the artwork there too. Best of all, it's free. I've had to use it quite often. . I always have my artwork done about a month ahead of time so my locations have them before all the movies arrive.

How do I get the box art to print out in the right size? I recently printed Wall-E and it printed 9" by 7" and I need it in 7" by 5"

Save it to your desktop and open it in "microsoft picture manager" That should be on your computer already. When you hit print, it will give you the option on how to print.
